Location

This is one of the most famous of the spectacular boutique palace hotels and it was recently renovated as well. The large ground floor rooms are stunning. The traditional decoration is impeccable from the French antiques to crystal chandeliers to the oil murals on the walls. The carpeting is excellent quality. The guest rooms are large and the bathrooms are remarkably large with brand name Hermes and Anne Semonin toiletries. The Michelin star restaurant serves a seasonal menu that is outstanding. In a stroke of genius the fitness center is up on a high floor where it enjoys an abundance of natural light. The swimming pool has terrific murals of tropical islands.
